About the role

  • Provide functional support by overseeing the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure that total rewards offerings are competitive, aligned with company goals, and compliant with legal regulations
  • Collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to attract, retain, and motivate employees while optimizing the company's investment in human capital
  • Monitor market trends, perform benchmarking, and adjust reward strategies to maintain employee satisfaction and drive business performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple compensation and benefits initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services
