- Oversee day-to-day operations to support growth and add to the bottom line

- Provide management and oversight of all aspects of the business

Requirements
- Autonomous Vehicles operations experience is required
- At least 7 years in a Senior Leadership role of a large business or enterprise
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions based on data
- Experience in structuring effective training & development programs
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of organizational behavior and workforce planning
- BS or BA is highly preferred but not required
