Determine the root cause of an issue and propose the needed solution.
Participate in analyzing business requirements - includes scoping, discovery meetings and work estimation.
Design and implement small to medium Workday enhancements.
Create and maintain project documentation - includes root cause and solution or technical design.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
A minimum of (2) years of IT professional administrative and analytical experience which must have included root cause analysis, risk assessment and recommending solution.
1-2 years hands on experience with any ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine / Service Now / JIRA.
At least 2-3 years hands on experience with Workday Modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence , Recruiting, and Security.
Experienced with Workday objects like: Business Process, Career Site Branding, Domain Policies, Security, Setup Tasks, Workday Document, Recruiting Hub, Job Application Journey, Reports (calculated field).
Basic knowledge and/or practice of SDLC like Waterfall or Scrum methodology.
Basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office or GSuite and MS Project or similar software.
Basic project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Good verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with proven business analytical skills.
Can start ASAP or within 30 days.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
