About the role
- creation of engaging learning experiences
- provide thought leadership in the application of instructional design strategies
- deliver learner-centered training solutions across all levels in the organization
- identify training objectives and performance targets
- define instructional design strategy that meets desired outcomes
- build training curricula and lesson plans
- write storyboards and scripts
- design facilitator and participant guides
- create knowledge and skills assessments
Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- degree in instructional design or any related course
- at least 3-5 years experience designing training programs and developing related training materials
- 3-5 years experience conducting learning needs analyses
- knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices
- experience defining measurable training goals and learning objectives
- proficiency in using courseware authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
- experience applying e-learning design principles and practices
- ability to make logical decisions and propose quality solutions
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- self-motivated and aligned with TaskUs’ core values
