About the role

  • Handle the company’s Employee Referral Program and vendor management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Sourcing/Marketing for Recruitment
  • Experience in non-traditional sourcing and marketing activities is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing trends in Marketing/Recruitment
