About the role
- Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies
- Maintain accurate internal and external candidate data in real time in staffing systems
- Handle the company’s Employee Referral Program and vendor management
- Support team members and assist others in their success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in Sourcing/Marketing for Recruitment
- Experience in non-traditional sourcing and marketing activities is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications
- Flexible and adaptable to changing trends in Marketing/Recruitment
