Lead ABM and field marketing programs—executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, and campaigns mapped to priority accounts and pipeline stages.
Collaborate with Sales & Client Services to develop precise messaging, curate account lists, and orchestrate coordinated outbound and retargeting efforts.
Own the event lifecycle: ideation, vendor management, budget tracking, logistics, audience acquisition, and sales follow-up.
Partner with RevOps to improve Salesforce campaign tracking, lead scoring, lead-to-account matching, and attribution reporting.
Analyze, optimize, iterate, and scale—build dashboards to track MQL > SQL > Opp progression and uncover bottlenecks.
Systematize GTM motion—document and templatize successful programs for repeatable pipeline generation and growth at scale.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
Proven success running multi-channel, data-driven growth programs that map to complex, high-value deal cycles
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, including campaign management, lead routing, and multi-touch attribution
Experience using AI-native tools (Clay, Gong, Clari) and AI-enabled capabilities in Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and lead enrichment, routing, intent and nurture tools (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Pardot)
Strong collaboration history with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and RevOps
Full-cycle program ownership; sharp messaging for AI/technical buyers
Funnel analysis & experimentation: fluent in CPL, MQL-to-SQL, and opp velocity
Process-oriented: improve Salesforce workflows and tighten campaign operations
Project management: juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines with confidence
Nice to have: Marketing to AI, compliance or engineering personas; familiarity with AI safety frameworks or risk mitigation principles; experience building verticalized campaigns
