About the role
- Partner closely with the North America sales organization to expand and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Optimize and cross-sell Mastercard Send and Cross-Border Services to drive adoption and usage
- Develop and execute strategies to scale existing customer programs and expand into new use cases (digital remittances, Send Funding, account-to-account cross-border)
- Ensure product readiness, enable customers, and optimize pricing
- Negotiate new deals in partnership with Finance and Legal to expand footprint and capture incremental volumes
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and create tailored proposals based on transaction projections and customer needs
- Create performance dashboards by client, monitor approval rates, and propose optimization initiatives
- Partner with sales and product experts to engage clients, influence decisions, and share best practices
- Monitor execution of initiatives, track results, and ensure successful go-lives and adoption milestones
- Deliver best-in-class digital payment capabilities, create customer value, and build a profitable, long-term business
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate customers’ needs into scalable solutions that deliver results
- Business analyst capabilities with technical proficiency
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven with a track record of success
- Prior consulting or advisory experience preferred
- Experience negotiating deals and working with Finance and Legal partners
- Experience building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
