About the role

  • Partner closely with the North America sales organization to expand and deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Optimize and cross-sell Mastercard Send and Cross-Border Services to drive adoption and usage
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale existing customer programs and expand into new use cases (digital remittances, Send Funding, account-to-account cross-border)
  • Ensure product readiness, enable customers, and optimize pricing
  • Negotiate new deals in partnership with Finance and Legal to expand footprint and capture incremental volumes
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and create tailored proposals based on transaction projections and customer needs
  • Create performance dashboards by client, monitor approval rates, and propose optimization initiatives
  • Partner with sales and product experts to engage clients, influence decisions, and share best practices
  • Monitor execution of initiatives, track results, and ensure successful go-lives and adoption milestones
  • Deliver best-in-class digital payment capabilities, create customer value, and build a profitable, long-term business

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to translate customers’ needs into scalable solutions that deliver results
  • Business analyst capabilities with technical proficiency
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven with a track record of success
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience preferred
  • Experience negotiating deals and working with Finance and Legal partners
  • Experience building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
