Partner closely with the North America sales organization to expand and deepen relationships with existing clients
Optimize and cross-sell Mastercard Send and Cross-Border Services to drive adoption and usage
Develop and execute strategies to scale existing customer programs and expand into new use cases (digital remittances, Send Funding, account-to-account cross-border)
Ensure product readiness, enable customers, and optimize pricing
Negotiate new deals in partnership with Finance and Legal to expand footprint and capture incremental volumes
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and create tailored proposals based on transaction projections and customer needs
Create performance dashboards by client, monitor approval rates, and propose optimization initiatives
Partner with sales and product experts to engage clients, influence decisions, and share best practices
Monitor execution of initiatives, track results, and ensure successful go-lives and adoption milestones
Deliver best-in-class digital payment capabilities, create customer value, and build a profitable, long-term business
Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and business acumen, with a detail-oriented mindset
Ability to translate customers’ needs into scalable solutions that deliver results
Business analyst capabilities with technical proficiency
Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven with a track record of success
Prior consulting or advisory experience preferred
Experience negotiating deals and working with Finance and Legal partners
Experience building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
