• Deliver GenAI tools and solutions with speed and agility as part of a small team
• Develop high-performing, highly scalable software AI and ML solutions and products for major brands
• Hands-on with developing GenAI solutions for Payment Networks including MCP server, Vibe Coding Platform and Agent AI services
• Manage the RTGS, Reporting aspect of the Customer Funds Management within Treasury Services and the teams that engineer that critical portion of Settlement
• Formally supervise and coach teams of engineers to build, enhance, and support tools, services and products to support the Payment Networks group
• Drive the implementation of Vibe Coding solutions; Model Context Protocol servers, Agentic AI solutions including Retrieval Augment Generation (RAG) solutions
• Provide strategic thinking and leadership related GenAI for Payment Networks applications and systems
• Recruit and hire talent and continuously engage and improve team performance through 1-1s and career development
• Build a strong network across the company for collaboration on technical and business solutions
