- Aggregate staffing needs at a track level or geographical level
- Assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria
- Work using our internal systems and tools through all phases of the engagement lifecycle
- Aggregate track level or geographical level metrics and insights for management reporting purposes
- Work collaboratively with other staffing peers globally and with the business
Requirements
- Strong interest in people well-being and development
- Good understanding of the business drivers that impact on overall revenue generation
- Ability to understand when to be pragmatic and when to be firm
- Previous experience in a similar role in another professional services company beneficial
