Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven technology leader with experience delivering highly scalable, configurable platforms at leading technology or financial services companies.
Strong awareness of cutting edge industry trends and a thorough understanding of modern development methodologies and standards.
Demonstrated success driving an AI centric SDLC/PDLC across large engineering organizations.
Highly collaborative and balanced decision maker who leverages data, insights, and strong communication to prioritize strategies.
Deep appreciation for the operational gravity of global payment networks.
Ability to manage objectives and pipelines, build business cases, define success metrics, and interpret P&L to optimize business outcomes.
Passion for bringing solutions to market, with a strong track record of leading medium to large engineering organizations (100+ staff).
