Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven technology leader with experience delivering highly scalable, configurable platforms at leading technology or financial services companies.
- Strong awareness of cutting edge industry trends and a thorough understanding of modern development methodologies and standards.
- Demonstrated success driving an AI centric SDLC/PDLC across large engineering organizations.
- Highly collaborative and balanced decision maker who leverages data, insights, and strong communication to prioritize strategies.
- Deep appreciation for the operational gravity of global payment networks.
- Ability to manage objectives and pipelines, build business cases, define success metrics, and interpret P&L to optimize business outcomes.
- Passion for bringing solutions to market, with a strong track record of leading medium to large engineering organizations (100+ staff).
