About the role

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports, including variance analysis and executive dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Products experts, VASS, Controllership, regional FP&A team members, Business Excellence) to support decision-making
  • Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and planning processes
  • Manage and mentor FP&A team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuary, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partner, strategic finance or sales excellence
  • Background in the payments industry is desirable
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency
  • Have had demonstrable success in working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
