About the role
- Lead the regional scale and evolution of Dynamic Yield, Mastercard’s personalization technology platform
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies
- Ensure local relevance and collaborate closely with Commercialization teams
- Position DY as a personalization platform for Retail & Commerce clients
- Drive incremental value to the CA&E portfolio
- Enhance business outcomes through integration with Marketing Services and Loyalty products
Requirements
- Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable
- Experience in product, commercialization, or marketing with a growth track record
- Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce, tech, digital marketing, or retail
- Expertise in personalization technologies (CDPs, A/B testing, recommendation engines, behavioral targeting)
- Strong strategic vision and results orientation
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement plans
- Deep understanding of consumer and digital engagement trends
- Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, aligning stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, networking, and storytelling skills
- High analytical capability and data-driven decision-making for lifecycle and personalization
- Creative problem-solving and ability to align diverse teams
- Adaptable and growth-oriented in fast-paced environments
- International and matrixed organization experience
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics; postgraduate in Marketing or Technology desirable.
