About the role
- lead foundational technology evolution across cloud, architecture, data platforms, quality assurance, and shared services for a global financial services and payments enterprise
- carry out a multi-year, enterprise-wide technology transformation agenda
- deliver high-performance platforms for real-time payments, transaction security, regulatory compliance, data analytics, and innovation enablement
- drive a cohesive strategy for enterprise data enablement, including data architecture, platform modernization, governance, and compliance
- enhance developer productivity and experience through internal tools, AI-powered solutions, and best practices
- drive reporting and governance for cross-cutting initiatives, supporting architecture and broader MA shared services
- build common tooling, automation, and enablement for cloud services in collaboration with ONE
- define and drive architectural standards, patterns, and technology strategy
- coordinate risk management across the organization
Requirements
- deep expertise in cloud-, SaaS product data strategies, and advanced engineering practices
- strong leadership skills to drive the growth of a scalable, data-centric SaaS ecosystem
- Experience in Product strategy, User experience, Engineering management, Operations and Execution
- Previous Global Leadership leading technical teams
