About the role
- Drive growth of Mastercard Advisors business in the South-East Europe division
- Support shaping Mastercard Advisors growth strategy in a cluster of countries
- Lead sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts
- Farm existing accounts within financial institutions and merchant segment
- Hunt for new sales opportunities within various sectors
- Identify critical aspects of problems clients or markets are facing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client management teams
- Write well-structured and persuasive proposals
- Support cross-divisional sales efforts and projects
- Build and leverage deep knowledge of Mastercard Advisors capabilities
- Partner with project teams to ensure projects’ quality
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- MBA or relevant post graduate degree (beneficial but not critical)
- Native local language speaker with advanced English proficiency required
- Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm desirable, as is payments/ banking expertise and experience in helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Solid track record of delivering (sales) objectives
- Ability to work on a team or independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
