About the role
- Lead strategic projects for the Acquiring Team
- Conduct data-driven analyses to monitor team/customer performance
- Manage and follow up on operational cases
- Create and maintain a set of standards for account planning
Requirements
- Self-starter who is eager to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record of project management success to drive results
- Growth oriented mind set, curious out of the box thinker and problem solver
- Experience working in the Payments ecosystem (e.g, network, acquirer, issuer, payfac, or ISO)
- Bachelor’s degree required
