About the role
- Collaborate with local market teams to assess customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key APM players across Latin America.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare business cases and contribute to budget planning for APM initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Services) to help deliver innovative solutions.
- Track progress on strategic roadmaps and ensure timely reporting of initiatives.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and ensure data integrity.
- Promote collaboration and inclusion within the team.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable about Latin America’s payments ecosystem and consumer trends.
- Skilled in relationship management and comfortable working across diverse markets.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Agile and adaptable, with solid time management and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Mastercard’s solutions and organizational structure (preferred).
