Demonstrate servant leadership by modeling the values and responsibilities of the Scrum Master role.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless work handoffs and proper intake of new requests.
Lead audit-related efforts within the team, acting as the liaison to stakeholders to ensure smooth audit execution and adequate documentation from development teams.
Requirements
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred but not required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
