About the role
- Partner with Product, Sales, Client Services and Finance teams across global and regional markets
- Lead the analysis of current and future capacity requirements
- Orchestrate end to end decision workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead a high-performing team
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing capacity planning strategies
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen and consulting mindset
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Key team player mindset
- Expert on excel, knowledge of Alteryx, Airtable, Power-Bi or Tableau being a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive results
- Experience in professional services organizations would be a plus
