- Manage the Northwest territory: Northern CA, Oregon, Washington
- Build and maintain relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals
- Sell Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle & Fringe), COBRA Administration, Compliance Solutions
- Drive new revenue, grow your book, own your success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of B2B sales success — preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
- Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
- Valid driver’s license for partner visits
