About the role

  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys, including: Word processing, filing, billing, invoice review, and time entry
  • Answering phones and managing daily mail
  • Scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements
  • Submitting expenses and maintaining calendars
  • Faxing and document management
  • Proofreading and formatting legal documents
  • CRM work, and other business development research
  • Foster strong relationships with attorneys, clients, colleagues, and guests
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of recent experience as a legal secretary, executive assistant, or administrative professional in a legal setting
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluency in French (Spoken and written) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential matters
