About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard new clients and implement AI agent solutions best suited for their needs.
Guide customers through technical setup including integrations, configurations, and workflow optimization
Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide creative solutions to complex customer problems
Liaise with external and internal stakeholders - bridge between customer SPOCs and internal product/tech teams for integrations and deployments
Ticketing - address escalations and meet administrative ticket SLAs with the solution team's assistance
Become a conversational AI expert - proactively analyze customer data, propose solutions, and suggest next steps to increase value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 1 year of experience in a similar role
Technical curiosity - comfortable with APIs, integrations, and learning new technologies (not required to be a developer)
Problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills
Customer-first attitude
Detail-oriented
Collaborative spirit
Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, or automation platforms (bonus: AI/ML exposure)
