  • Iterate. We watch retention, hook performance, comment quality.
  • Work alongside the founder and the existing video team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You already make content. On any platform. With any audience size.
  • You have strong opinions about what good content looks like.
  • You're comfortable on camera, behind it, or both.
  • You're curious about AI, software, and how businesses actually use technology.
  • You're in India, available for 6 months, comfortable working mostly async with a few syncs a week.
