• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and/or laboratory offerings to undergraduate and/or graduate students
• Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, and design assessments such as exams, quizzes, papers, etc.
• Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate student learning outcomes
• Engage students in active learning, foster critical thinking skills, and provide opportunities for discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning
• Provide academic support and guidance to students through office hours, feedback on assignments, and mentoring

• Leads strategic outreach efforts that drive inquiries and applications across graduate, online, and international programs
• Manages a dedicated team and takes ownership of graduate recruitment strategy, event programming, partnerships, and day-to-day operations across multiple campus locations
• Supports informed, student-first conversations that reflect the full range of academic opportunities at Tarleton State
• Oversees the planning, logistics, and scheduling for on-campus events and webinars
• Serves as a visible leadership presence at major recruitment events, representing the recruitment team and the university with professionalism and purpose
• Collaborates with the College of Graduate Studies on admissions processes, enrollment planning, and program updates to ensure outreach reflects current offerings and institutional priorities
• Analyzes inquiry trends, application progression, and population data to inform strategy and resource allocation
