About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate projects from bidding through final completion.
- Ensure all project information is entered accurately into company systems.
- Prepare project pricing and budgetary proposals.
- Manage project submittals, product data, and sample approvals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate status updates.
- Process change orders, base invoices, and project documentation.
- Conduct project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives based on business needs and individual strengths.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management, construction, bidding, contract administration, or related experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling skills
- Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, technical documents, and project requirements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
