Play a key role in supporting the business by contributing to the planning, design, implementation, communication, administration and maintenance of compensation policies and practices.
Manage an organization's compensation and benefits programs for Tarkett Sports.
Ensure compliance with federal and state wage regulations, as well as internal policies.
Lead annual compensation processes for assigned groups, including merit, bonus, and promotion/market adjustment salary recommendations.
Collaborate closely with HR Managers and Talent Acquisition on C&B matters.
Prepare ad hoc analysis needed for special studies, legal and leadership requests.
Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness and confirmation of FLSA classifications.
Manage budgets: Prepare company budgets and track compensation budget.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits OR a strong interest in Benefits
Bachelor's degree required; additional HR certifications are a plus (SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS)
Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
Ability to present to senior leaders.
Strong collaborator and customer service focused: ability to work with leaders and HR with basic compensation knowledge
