Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning programs that build Planning capabilities and accelerate business readiness
Design and implement a comprehensive Planning Learning and Development ecosystem
Lead Planning onboarding and learning programs by owning the end-to-end new hire experience
Design and maintain scalable learning resources
Enable Planning modernization by partnering with Product, Strategy, Operations, and cross-functional business teams
Measure and continuously improve learning effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
Represent Planning and total PIM in merchandising change, engagement and training alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in Merchandise Planning, with experience in Learning & Development, Program Management, Inventory Management, Organizational Enablement, or Change Management preferred
Strong understanding of Planning processes and business operations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
Excellent communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
