About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning programs that build Planning capabilities and accelerate business readiness
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Planning Learning and Development ecosystem
  • Lead Planning onboarding and learning programs by owning the end-to-end new hire experience
  • Design and maintain scalable learning resources
  • Enable Planning modernization by partnering with Product, Strategy, Operations, and cross-functional business teams
  • Measure and continuously improve learning effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
  • Represent Planning and total PIM in merchandising change, engagement and training alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Merchandise Planning, with experience in Learning & Development, Program Management, Inventory Management, Organizational Enablement, or Change Management preferred
  • Strong understanding of Planning processes and business operations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
