Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
2+ years experience operating and executing in complex systems
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Ability to analyze data in Excel or other analytical tools
Creative approach to problem solving
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Ability to set goals or outcomes and track and communicate progress
Can make decisions with little to no guidance from manager or other leaders
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in distribution or transportation (desired)
Experience with SQL and proficient in Excel (desired)
