Key responsibilities & impact

Own a portfolio of assigned pyramids and business units, maintaining a current view of top risks
Track and report on key risks within the portfolio, including status, mitigation progress
Provide clear, concise updates to enterprise risk leadership to support portfolio-level aggregation
Lead risk identification and assessment workshops with business and functional leaders
Ensure alignment to enterprise risk methodologies, scoring, and documentation standards
Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing perspective, challenge, and clarity
Support leaders in strengthening risk ownership and accountability within their teams
Embed risk discussions into existing business processes and routines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant experience in risk management or related fields
Experience facilitating workshops and/or structured business discussions on risk management
Ability to develop effective and collaborative relationships with senior business leaders
Detail oriented, with a strong ability to translate business concepts into discrete risks
Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to influence decisions
Ability to adapt, prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks or projects
Established acumen with genAI tools and prompting
