- Design and execute guest or consumer research to support key initiatives
- Lead the design, execution, and measurement of advertising campaigns across all media channels
- Identify appropriate research methods, data sources, and vendors to execute work
- Build Enterprise-wide empathy and understanding of consumers
- Collaborate with internal partners and deliver insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 8+ years of consumer insights or market research
- Experience with marketing measurement solutions including campaign tracking and brand lift studies
- Ability to craft compelling narratives around data
- Evaluating potential risks based on data-driven insights
- Ability to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear narratives
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage external vendors and ensure project quality
