Account Executive

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within your territory
• Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers in your region
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively
• Collaborate consistently with internal teams, including warehouse service center managers, marketing, and regulatory departments, to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Provide expert advice, conduct training, and offer technical support to help customers achieve their goals

Field Sales Representative II

Customer Support

• Answer Customer Calls, provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist RDCs with customer service related questions and returns.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with special projects.
• Input Orders through System.
• Input Drop shipments through System.
• Identify backorders and assist with immediate fulfilment.
• RUP, input all required licence information for customers seeking restricted items.
• Complete Sales Return orders within 48hrs.
• Report product shortages as indicated in the system to the proper warehouses
• Provide all customers, Order confirmations and tracking details
• Backorder delivery status
• Status of order
• Status of purchases for material requirements if applicable for Backorder
• AR status, copies of Invoices
• Engage in continued education opportunities regarding product offerings
• Complete all required safety training
• Other duties, as assigned.

Customer Service Representative

Compliance

• Systematically organize product labels and SDS documents for Federal, State, and County compliance
• Track document revisions, ensuring the latest version is accessible
• Maintain open communication with vendors and manufacturers for requests of documents, ensuring timely delivery
• Communicate the need for updated vendor and/or manufacturer contact information (Procurement Manager or Buyer)
• Distribution of label and SDS documents (Web Administrator, Sales, Service Center Manager, or customers)
• Link documents into the NAV system
• Create an electronic document system based on service location product inventory, including user access control and document workflows
• Archive inactive documents as needed electronically
• Monitor compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provide administrative and day-to-day support
