Data Analyst

• Lead our business intelligence efforts and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Act as the Single Point of Accountability for the organization’s reporting ecosystem.
• Manage and optimize pricing analytics reporting and develop competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and price elasticity.
• Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI or Tableau dashboards for Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to report on Inventory Velocity and analyze Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Account Executive

• Manage key customer accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate sales activities with the sales manager
• Communicate order information with customers
• Partner with the Sales Manager to maintain quotes and bids and provide technical support to customers
• Create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, leads, referrals and consultative selling
• Build and maintain relationships with companies to keep current sales and to grow sales
• Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with external accounts to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions
• Communicate company promotions, programs, and pricing within the assigned geography
• Communicate back orders from start to finish within one day of receipt
• Correspond with management for order inquiries, inventory levels, and back orders
• Provide feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement
• Work with key representatives to keep current on technical product updates and market programs, and provide technical support and product information to clients
• Participate in sales/product training and company meetings
• Represent the company at industry trade shows as requested
