About the role

  • Responsible for driving a performance-oriented sales culture
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage key accounts and renewals
  • Forge strategic/channel partnerships across geographies
  • Plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the organizational business plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in business/marketing or Telecom
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in CRM or equivalent software and data analysis tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with leading, negotiating and closing multi-year transactions and agreements with young and mature telecom operators
