About the role
- Responsible for driving a performance-oriented sales culture
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage key accounts and renewals
- Forge strategic/channel partnerships across geographies
- Plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the organizational business plans
- Provide marketing guidance to support revenue increase
- Oversee all sales activities including Industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in business/marketing or Telecom
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in CRM or equivalent software and data analysis tools
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with leading, negotiating and closing multi-year transactions and agreements with young and mature telecom operators
