• Own the full cycle - from first touch to signed offer - ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience are gold standard
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies per market and role to raise the bar on talent quality
• Set and uphold SLAs/KPIs on process speed, candidate grading, and pipeline health
• Champion the candidate experience end to end: understand their motivations, ensure process clarity, and provide thoughtful feedback

Field Recruiter

General Counsel

• Lead on the legal and regulatory aspects of new product launches and existing product development in the US and Canada
• Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, finance and infosec teams to tackle day to day regulatory challenges and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with and support the legal team to identify, evaluate and discuss risks and develop creative solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop actionable solutions on regulatory or licensing matters
• Lead engagement with regulators
• Advise on, develop and maintain Taptap Send’s regulatory compliance framework and strategic regulatory planning in the US and Canada
• Report to the Director of Regulatory Affairs; negotiate and draft agreements and communicate legal issues to lawyers and non-lawyers

Regulatory Legal Counsel

Product Designer

• Create simple and effective product journeys to bring the Taptap Send brand to life
• Design simple, no-hassle, trust-worthy mobile experiences with moments of delight
• Use deep empathy and consumer mobile design experience to inform UX and UI decisions
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and go-to-market teams
• Take new products and features from ideation to launch with extreme ownership
• Build and contribute to design systems; work closely with engineers to ship designs

Senior Product Designer

Crypto

• Design KYC/KYB onboarding process for customers holding digital assets, focusing on anonymity, source of funds verification, and wallet screening
• Oversee enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers and counterparties
• Oversee implementation and refinement of transaction monitoring systems, crypto-specific risk indicators, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity detection
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the National Crime Agency (NCA)
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation (MLRs, POCA, Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act) and relevant FCA requirements for cryptoasset firms
• Act as primary point of contact for the FCA and other UK enforcement and regulatory bodies on digital assets
• Develop, own, and maintain digital assets AML/CTF policies and procedures
• Provide inputs for FCA-required reporting
• Continuously assess financial crime risks associated with digital assets and design compliance testing and assurance reviews
• Prepare compliance updates for executive leadership, risk committees, and the board
• Design and deliver tailored AML and compliance training programs focusing on crypto-specific risks
• Support internal and external audits and ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and governance
• Work with compliance, product, and regulatory leads on global digital assets AML program design and licensing support

MLRO, Digital Assets

Financial Crime

• Report directly to the MLRO and work closely with Heads of Compliance and the wider financial crime team to implement the compliance and fraud program for Taptap Send’s global business
• Identify risks and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and corruption taking place on the platform
• Evaluate transactions that are high risk for money laundering using internal technology and third-party software
• Review potentially sanctioned customers or recipients and review politically exposed customers
• Establish rapport with customers contacted during investigations
• Review escalated cases from Customer Service
• Escalate suspicious activity to the MLROs, rationalising and defending decisions as needed
• Perform diligence on customers to understand who they are and their risk profile
• Assist and respond to information requests from local authorities
• Support the counter fraud team from time to time
