About the role

  • Assist with planning and marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web sites
  • Write and edit marketing content such as newsletters, social captions, and campaign briefs
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot and prepare basic reports
  • Set up and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, making sure content is delivered and goals are met.
  • Manage both organic and paid marketing channels to help grow the brand and reach more people.
  • Help ensure all materials align with our brand voice and SEL-focused mission

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience or internship in a startup or fast-paced team
  • Exposure to tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
  • Experience working with platforms like Instagram, and Tik Tok and Meta
  • Experience supporting campaign execution, and content coordination
  • Strong communication and writing skills across digital formats
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Canva, Notion, adobe photoshop and social scheduling platforms
  • Are passionate about child development, emotional well-being, and education
  • Can juggle multiple projects and stay calm under tight deadlines
