About the role

Contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills
Responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals
Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
Represent Coach to consumers and act as an ambassador of the brand
Ensure customers’ needs are consistently exceeded
Behave like a brand ambassador and model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs
Maintain high energy on the sales floor
Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards

Very good English proficiency (essential)
Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential)
