About the role

  • Identify cross-functional digitalization opportunities by working closely with Marketing, E-commerce, BIMA, Retail, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to uncover pain points and innovation possibilities.
  • Lead digital innovation projects powered by AI and emerging technologies to drive measurable business impact.
  • Translate business challenges into digital product concepts — define clear problem statements, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate across teams to co-create and scale successful digital solutions through agile delivery or design thinking approaches.
  • Manage product lifecycle from idea incubation, MVP testing, to full deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Engage external innovation ecosystem — startups, vendors, and technology partners — to source new ideas and co-develop pilots.
  • Promote internal digital mindset through training, sharing sessions, and storytelling of successful cases.
  • Monitor AI and digital trends and proactively recommend new capabilities for future business advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Digital Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital product management, digital innovation, or transformation roles.
  • Consulting experience is plus.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies, and how to apply them in marketing and operations.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and delivering digitalization initiatives with tangible business results.
  • Familiar with both global and China digital ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, ByteDance, Baidu AI).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Creative, analytical and business-driven — able to connect new tech with organizational value.
  • Strong storytelling and change-management capability to inspire adoption.
