About the role

  • Support the Account Manager with commercial opportunities across the Tapestry Europe region, covering key accounts and small department stores for Coach Footwear, Kate Spade Footwear, and Kate Spade Jewellery
  • Analyse weekly sales and inventory performance, deliver internal reporting, build action plans based on current performance, and identify additional sales opportunities
  • Track sales plans and partner with Accounts regularly to update sales targets and OTB
  • Attend regular trade meetings with Accounts to review business performance and trends, share updates, and align on action plans
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Distributors, Cross-Functional teams, and License Partners
  • Create seasonal trade presentations outlining key wins, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon operations for Kate Spade Lifestyle to support the Senior Sales Manager, including PO management, reorders, and maintaining the Kate Spade Amazon landing page experience
  • Collect and process orders, ensuring alignment with OTB expectations and seasonal strategies
  • Support quarterly market product strategy planning across Lifestyle categories, contribute to key account market preparation, and deliver presentations to multibrand accounts using strong analytical and influencing skills
  • Assist the management team in building commercial plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Ensure excellent operational execution by partnering closely with Wholesale Operations, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless order lifecycle
  • Oversee order book conversion and ensure on-time shipments
  • Review and analyse regional and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities as required
  • Partner with Wholesale Customer Experience, Visual Merchandising, and Buying teams to maintain a cohesive and aligned strategy across Lifestyle

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Wholesale Sales within the fashion industry
  • Background in footwear and/or jewellery is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales results
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time, workload, and deadlines independently
  • Able to perform under pressure in a high-performance environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy
