About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of operations related initiatives across North America.
- Develop and maintain clear and engaging communication strategies for the retail teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business processes.
- Manage and continuously develop inventory systems.
- Oversee new store opening processes and project management for renovations.
- Ensure policy and regulatory compliance regarding operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience including 6+ years of operations experience with a retail focus.
- Superior computer skills & overall systems savvy, with advanced working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Zipline is preferred.
- Curiosity and a passion to learn and to make an impact.
