• Model behaviors needed to directly impact all aspects of the Company’s business: Sales and Operational Processes
• Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) that align with Company priorities and values
• Endorse, model and develop team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations
• Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories
• Flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results
• Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s)
• Build credibility and trust with team and customers - serve as a personal fashion advisor
• Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards
• Interact and communicate with supervisors on a regular basis; be adaptable and flexible
• Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building
• Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service of Coach standards
