About the role
- Develop sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories; communicates goals to the team, tracks store’s performance at all times and achieves sales.
- Understands changes in market with potential impact on business performance and supports the execution of sales strategies/tactics.
- Develop team to build long-term relationships with customers to drive business.
- Resolves customer issues in a timely manner while being solution-oriented and forward thinking.
- Adheres to all retail policies and procedures including POS and Operations.
- Evaluates performance of all team members and provides consistent and timely feedback; creates and modifies action plans for continuous development.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen; strategically forecasts in partnership with Store Manager, plans and budgets to the needs of the business.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable.
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
- Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days.
