About the role
- Conduct through inspections of fashion jewelry at supplier sites, including raw materials, in process production, and finished goods.
- Partner closely with vendors to implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring compliance with brand and customer quality standards.
- Review pre-production samples and bulk production for alignment with approved specifications.
- Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions with clarity and accuracy, within set timelines.
- Analyze findings to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in supplier performance evaluations and contribute to improvement plans.
- Provide technical training to vendor teams on quality standards, testing protocols, and best practices.
- Support product development and engineering teams in evaluating new materials and construction methods.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure quality standards are met prior to final shipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewelry quality assurance, auditing, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) compliance, ISO 9001, and AQL standards
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) – ASQ (preferred)
- RJC compliance experience or certification (preferred)
