About the role
- Integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency
- Direct attention to brand commitment when servicing customers
- Friendly, efficient interactions at cash wrap
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS
- Support flow of product through the point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness in stockroom and sales floor
- Assess replenishment needs on sales floor
- React to sell through and execute visual merchandising needs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.)
- Preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of cash register systems
- Basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
