Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to client questions and help resolve basic support issues
Assist with daily payroll checks to ensure information is accurate
Help process refunds, returns, and financial transactions
Identify and flag discrepancies for further review
Support collection efforts and follow up on outstanding items
Work with internal teams and partners to track and manage accounts receivable aging
Help document processes and keep records up to date
Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
Follow company policies and ensure compliance with regulations
Support team projects aimed at improving operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Worked in financial services, operations, or a related field for 1–2 years
Applied strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a professional setting
Used Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools to manage and analyze information
Operated independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated interest in financial operations, payments, or payroll processes
Preferred: Earned a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business
Preferred: Gained exposure to payroll or payment systems in a prior role.
