About the role
- Build and launch comprehensive enablement programs across the customer lifecycle from first touch to expansion.
- Develop playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and certification programs.
- Partner with RevOps to identify skill gaps, measure what's working, and iterate.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure enablement is synchronized.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in revenue or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Understand the full revenue motion—sales methodologies, customer success plays, and how partnerships drive pipeline.
- Strong writer and presenter with bonus points for experience with modern enablement platforms, LMS systems, or video content creation.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and enablement tech stacks.
- Measurable impact of enablement activities tied to business outcomes.
- Ability to rally people around a vision without direct authority.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly.
