About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, pipeline organization, and hire closing)
  • Screen and evaluate candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit
  • Support employer branding initiatives (content, communication, and organizing events/activities)
  • Support and carry out onboarding for new hires (process, documentation, schedule, and initial follow-up)
  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring organization and a positive experience
  • Support training initiatives, internal organization, and communication with teams/departments
  • Help structure and implement HR and Payroll routines and processes with a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in final periods of study (preferably Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields)
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in HR and Payroll
  • Highly communicative and enjoys working with people
  • Proactive, high-energy, and a hands-on attitude
  • Organized and autonomous in managing tasks and deadlines
  • Genuine interest in people development and company culture
  • Plus: curiosity/interest in AI and automation to improve processes
