Customer Support

• Provide advanced technical support for product deployments, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with implementation
• Work closely with customers to ensure smooth preparation and execution of product rollouts
• Assist with new integrations, including SCADA systems, Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), and other behind-the-meter applications
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to support final development, proof-of-concept testing, and field trials
• Participate in high-profile pilot deployments to refine and enhance product performance
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for product implementation
• Document support cases, solutions, and recommendations to continuously improve the product and customer experience
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to enhance product success and scalability.
