About the role
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies
- Design and execute targeted ABM programs to engage priority new business accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel programs
- Plan and host high-impact regional events
- Use data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Ensure coordination with Sales on campaign execution and lead follow-up
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing
- Strong background in field marketing and ABM
- Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions
- Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Willingness to travel (~20–25%)
