Accounting Manager

• Independently perform all accounting tasks under HGB and IFRS for the assigned entities
• Prepare the consolidated financial statements and the consolidated annual report
• Ensure and monitor compliance with accounting policies and external legal requirements; take responsibility for the annual financial statements of the entities you manage
• Coordinate and execute subprojects
• Advise management on accounting, valuation and presentation matters
• Coordinate the calculation of corporate taxes and intercompany transfer pricing in cooperation with external tax advisors

• Ensure stable and on-time production for the chemical and MCP operations and their tantalum and niobium products
• Management responsibility for approximately 30 employees
• Develop and implement production, maintenance and engineering strategies based on lean manufacturing principles
• Calculate future capacities and costs (long-term planning)
• Participate in the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding, employee motivation, etc.)
• Identify and define employee training needs
• Monitor market trends

Plant Manager – Operations Manager

• Selbständige Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten im Bereich Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS für die betreuten Gesellschaften
• Vorbereitung des Konzernjahresabschlusses und des Konzernjahresabschlussberichtes
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Überwachung von Accounting Richtlinien, externen Rechtsvorschriften und Verantwortung für den Jahresabschluss der betreuten Gesellschaften
• Koordination und Durchführung von Teilprojekten
• Beratung der Geschäftsführung in allen Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweisfragen
• Koordination der Berechnung von Unternehmenssteuern und firmeninterner Verrechnungspreise in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern
• Analyse zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
