About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform sales reconciliations and reconcile corresponding payment methods;
Monitor and control receipts, ensuring they are correctly posted;
Prepare and review reconciliations, with special focus on payment acquirers (payment processors);
Respond to requests from internal and external auditors, providing information and reports as needed;
Ensure receipts are posted correctly in the system, identifying and correcting any inconsistencies;
Provide excellent service to internal and external clients;
Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, seeking to automate manual tasks and strengthen operational controls while assessing impacts on other areas of the company;
Perform periodic confirmation of receipt balances;
Support treasury activities, including contact with financial institutions;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in accounts receivable and treasury;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills;
Experience with the Protheus ERP system;
Analytical profile with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Sense of urgency, initiative, good communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
