About the role

  • Full processing of payroll and labor-related charges;
  • Monitoring of new hires, calculation of terminations and vacation pay;
  • Employee support and service;
  • Preparation and verification of statutory filings (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, etc.);
  • Support in calculating area indicators and maintaining controls;
  • Support for HR team requests and internal managers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with payroll and labor charges;
  • Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS);
  • Experience in retail, working with multiple labor unions and collective bargaining agreements;
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a resilient profile;
  • Desirable: experience with eSocial processes and knowledge of labor legislation.
