About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests
Translate business needs into structured requirement documents, wireframes, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
Own and prioritise the product backlog
Write and maintain epics, requirement documents, and acceptance criteria
Anticipate dependencies and flag risks early
Collaborate with product team and technical leads to plan releases and ensure timely delivery
Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives
Reinforce the product development process across teams
Liaise between design, engineering, QA, and business teams
Communicate progress, trade-offs, and timelines to internal teams and leadership
Run demos, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable next steps
Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and goal setting
Analyse usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for iteration and optimisation
Drive continuous improvement based on evidence

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, managing relationships, and project-managing delivery
Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, and Jira
Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
Basic UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate with designers
Familiarity with Figma is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including expectation-setting and cross-functional alignment
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where systems and processes are still being built
Experience using analytics, user research, and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, and A/B testing
Ability to be proactive and available in a remote working position
